TACTILE MEASUREMENT
Depending on the task, measuring arm or laser tracker are used. The mobile measuring systems can be used within a very short time and support you in quality assurance at the location of your production. Measurements with a direct CAD connection allow immediate nominal / actual comparisons against free-form surfaces and geometric elements. Existing problems are quickly identified and solved.
AUTOMOTIVE
In the area of the automotive industry we transfer your planning to the site. Starting with the staking out of hall layouts, the measuring of fixtures & grippers up to the construction of complete production lines. AEROSPACE
Due to the often large dimensions of the plants, the aerospace sector offers special challenges. Although the accuracy requirements here are similar to those in the automotive sector, the measurement volume is many times larger. For this reason, appropriate measuring arrangements are required from the very beginning to minimize errors. In order to define a coordinate system, reference points are measured in an overdetermined way from several positions. This is followed by a network adjustment in which the measurement uncertainty is minimized and distributed homogeneously over the entire measurement range.
SPECIAL MECHANICAL ENGINEERING
In special machine construction, the great variety of the industry comes to the fore. As these are often special machines, it is important to recognise the basic function and to select the measuring arrangement accordingly so that accuracy requirements are met and functionality is guaranteed. If required, the reporting is also performed in accordance to GD&T standards and therefore covers the requirements of most technical drawings.
